Moving from vBulletin to WordPress?

I have a particular vbulletin forum I have been using to post news and have it currently displayed using the vBadvanced CMS. Is there a way to copy all of these posts from one particular vbulletin forum (not the whole message board) to wordpress? They are all separate threads. I want to convert to posting news using wordpress but do not want to lose all of these posts if it can be helped.
