Moving from self hosted to WordPress.com

Hi I’m trying to move our web site from a self-hosted platform to WordPress.com. I use UpdraftPlus on the self hosted side. The automatic importer on the WordPress.com side doesn’t work and the support team suggested that I install and use UpdraftPlus to migrate instead.
I’ve got UpdraftPlus installed and connected to my Google Drive repository and I am trying to move just my uploads first. That failed.
I got the logs. It looks like it downloaded several zip files from Google Drive and handled 3 out of 4 successfully. The last few lines of the log look like this…I centered to make the log message more distinct…
