Moving from folder on domain to root of domain

  • This is just more a check from me to see if i’m going to to do the right thing.

    I need to move my wordpress installation from a folder on my domain to the root. Am i right in thinking that i should be able to download the whole folder, upload it to the root and make the necassary changes to the wp-config file.

    Is that right?
