Thanks for these. I had already seen them and am pretty reluctant to use tutorials from 2 or 3 years ago and using different versions.

The conversion was pretty clean for me. The only problem I had was that most user info was lost. The password seemed to be correct, but users were given no role. A few users are still having difficulty logging in. All of the content & categories copied over cleanly.

Hey Mike, I just tried the script but my categories didn’t copy over.

I think it could be something to do with my terms in Drupal, they look like this:

tid vid name description weight
1 1 News 0
2 1 Reviews 0
3 1 Gigs 0
4 1 Features 0
5 1 Festivals festivals 0

Its as if the “name” (1) has been copied over but all my posts are down as “uncategorised”.

I knew it wouldn’t be easy!
