Moving from bblog 0.7.6 to WordPress 3.0.1

I have searched Google, and I have searched these forums. On these forums I have found the question asked (for different versions) but no answer ever given. So I will ask as I am now looking at this.

I would like to move to wordpress (3.0.1) from bblog(0.7.6), main reason is bblog is no longer updated (and has not been for many a year) I want to keep all my old entries, old comments, and section information. But have yet to find any information on how to copy them over from the one database to the other.
