Moving events from local to network calendar

  • Hello. In a multisite installation, I had an enthusiastic user enter a year’s worth of events into the local calendar of a sub-site before I finished setting up the My Calendar plugin. Now I would like to have all sub-sites display from the network (aka central) calendar. Is there a relatively easy way to export/import or move those local calendar events from one db table to another?

    Hmm. Honestly, I don’t have an immediate answer for this. I feel like there should be an easy way; but, unfortunately, there isn’t. The import/export features in Pro are the only thing I can think of at the moment that would do this.
