    Hi,

    I am using updraft on one site with emailid A connected to dropbox. I would like to move it to EMAILID B DROPBOAX

    Please guide me on how to move it from one Dropbox to another dropbox with different emails ( ownership transfer with backup data). It’s urgent.

    Hi @ganu

    Just go to the UpdraftPlus “Settings” tab > Dropbox > click on the re-authentication link > make sure you are logged in to your new Dropbox account and complete the authentication process.

    Please let me know if you are having issues.

    Thank you so much. So, all of my existing databckup stored on my old dropbox will he transferred to my new dropbox account too?

    Please confirm or advise if i wish to do the above action.

    No, it will not get transferred. I’m afraid you will have to manually do that.

    May I know how to do it manually? Should i download zip files from dropbox to another?

    Yes, you will have to download and upload it to the other Dropbox account.
