Moving comments to another post

I notice that all of the plugins (well at least all that I have tried) that allow comments to be moved from post to another post are old and all have compatibility issues with the latest version of wordpress.

Ideally I would would want to be able to move comments from one post to another post or a page before they are approved for moderation.

Does anyone know of a good plugin that allows comments to be moved that works well with the current version of WordPress (and ideally is still being supported by the developer)?
