Moving Comment Replies to Parent Comment (Threaded)

  • This is a really awesome plugin. It would be even more awesome if it could move comment replies to the threaded (next level) attributed to an original commenter.

    So many people reply without understanding to click the reply button which means their reply isn’t linked to the original person (it’s not threaded)

    Is there a way to do this if you don’t plan to add this feature? Thanks!

    this is such an annoyance with WP – no method to organize comments

    what is needed is a simple drag & drop solution

    the other thing that would help is moving the new comment box to the top of the comments

    personally i’d suggest commenting out the code to use only the first name since it could be a single char

    @atomizer – When I saw your suggestion I thought it was totally awesome! But when I tried to get it to work, it just shows up as REPLY without the name. I guess it only works on some themes. Thanks a lot though!

    *add this feature in the future. I am planning on a rewrite for this plugin to clean up some stuff.
