Moving catastrophe

I recently moved by blog from kurt-anderson.com to kurt-anderson.com/main. The move was successful, but I changed my mind & tried to move it back to where it was originally by reversing the process. Problems ensued.

Now:
– it shows my blog, but it is unformatted
– if you click on any given entry, it still redirects to a /main permanent address
– if you try to access wp-admin, it redirects to a /main directory AND gives a 404 Error

I’m sure there is one simple solution that will resolve all of my problems, but I am unable to figure it out on my own.
