Moving blog from Xampp to Live

I have been editing and constructing my blog for sometime (locally) in Xampp. The time has now come to let the site go live.

The main editting I was doing was obviously with the theme and this has transferred no problem, but I was wondering if there was a way to move over things that I created in the local wordpress (menus, static pages etc…)?
