Moving around my header / navigation bar

I have a two part question.

First, I want to move the navigation bar below my slider/header images. I looked at header.php but not sure what to move.

Second, I like how when I am looking at THIS PAGE I see the page title in the grey box but I hate that it automatically makes that title the same txt on the navigation bar. How can I change that?
