    We have an order in the Abandoned Order report, it does not show up in the main Orders list at all – is this normal?

    Customer has since paid by another means and I now need to mark the order as processing but I cannot see any way to achieve this.

    Any suggestions?

    Can you please let us know if that user has completed the order? If yes, then it should be available in the Woocommerce order section. Is it showing in Woocommerce > Orders section?
    Is the order is paid by the backend?
