Moving Active Posts to an Unique Archive Page

    I currently use my “Posts” page for minutes of our organizations meetings. I want to change the information on “Posts” to news and events to be more interesting. Therefore I would like to move all the previous 28 long “minutes posts” to a new page called “meeting minutes archives”. I can just remove the old posts/minutes and paste them into a new page, but I would like that page to be a searchable archive where each of the posts can be found separately. How can I make a unique archive page for the minutes? Thanks.
