Moving a WP MU blog to WordPress?

I’m in the need to move one of my blogs from wp MU over to a single WP, any ideas on how this is done, anyone done thigs, or walk thoughs.. in the db i see like wp_1_<table> for each blog, well the number changes..

the idea is to set up a default generic blog, install all the similar plugins, and then try to move over data.. thoughts?
