Moving a wordpress from subdirectory to another subdirectory

Hello everyone, I’m working on a project on my localhost machine having it on /wordpress10 folder and I want to move /wordpress10 to /wordpress9 for example on other host. My question is it’s possible to do this and point mydomain.com for /wordpress9 (the moved /wordpress10) without accessing mydomain.com/wordpress9?
