Movie Collection Review

  • I saw a couple plugins but nothing was near what I was looking for except MyTreasures which apparently is only in German atm. Anybody know a good plugin I could add to my sidebar that lists collections of movies or books or music? And something that allows you to possibly rate or review it?

  • I have just looked at mytreasures and although the plugin looks promising it apparently contains no code at all … not even in German .. just an empty test file (in 4 empty development versions :-)) I wonder why it is has been published at all at this stage.

    hmmmm…
    It would be cool if there was something that was like a Link list.
    REVIEWS:
    Movies
    Books
    Music
    Or whatever you wish…
    then when you clik say dvd reviews it shows a list of movies, how many stars and a poster or cover pic. Simple. Then you can click on it for your review or something.

    I think it’s simpler than it looks ?? You could just put your reviews into categories called ‘DVD’ ‘Books’ ‘Music’ and then when visitors click on the link, each post would have a rating created by you using maybe something like Star Rating.

    You can sort e.g. movies by their rating using this plugin as well. Just follow the documentation.
