Moved WP one level up, change options URL in DB: now white screen

Well is nearly all said in the topic title.
My wordpress was in the folder wp so the working well sites url was https://www.vinetcompany.com/wp.
Now I moved the folders one level up, to the root

In the DB changed in the Wp_options siteurl from .com/wp to just .com and now I get a white screen.

What do I do wrong.
