Moved WP – Keep Originals Post and Feed Link !

Hi,

I had my wordpress directory in mysite.com/WP. Now I am moving the wordpress installation to mysite.com root folder.

I have gone through tutorials, and in process of getting everything in the right place. However I wanted to know if there is way, that once I move the directory, after that my old post or feeds gets redirected to the new ones.
