Moved WordPress Lost Widgets

I just moved to BlueHost from my own server. After a lot of problems everything is working more or less okay. But, there’s some problems to fix.

The biggest is that all my widgets are gone. How can I get them back? I have backups of everything from my old server. Is the information stored there and if so where?

Also, the options and everything in my WordPress are different. I used the Import feature to import the xml file from my old server but it didn’t include the options. I imported it into a vanilla install created via Fantastico.
