Moved WordPress Core Files Out Of Root & Cant Log in

Where did you see the suggestion of moving the WordPress core files out of the root folder? What are you trying to do exactly?

It normally works great exactly as explained there.

Can you reverse the steps you took and restore the files back where they were?

Then you could (1) make a complete backup, and (2) plan this change more carefully.

Yes, that’s what i referred to and ended up not being to login to my website. Everytime I type in the login URL, I end up with a blank white page.

How can I resolve this issue?

That was what i did and ended up with blank page. I have tried restoring the files and redoing it again.

Still doesnt work…

Can you contact your web host and ask if they could restore the site from a backup?
