Moved website to new server, now white Screens (3.1.3)

    I recently moved my website to a new server running PHP 5.2.4. The old server was running PHP 4.2.x.

    After the move, the website articles all link to a blank white screen. The database dump was good, checked, all files from the old site rsynced to the new server, yet this did not help.

    Anyone have a good solution to resolving this issue?
