We have moved our website to a new server and everything is otherwise working fine. Except the PDFs produced by your plugin. There is now a big gap in-between each letter making lots of the text extend beyond the edge of the document, and basically making the thing illegible.

Have you come across this issue before? If so, how do we resolve it?

    Cheers,
    Jamie

    Hi @jamieplexus,

It sounds like this is an issue with the plugin’s fonts. This often happens when you migrate your site (which is your case), or when you or a cleanup process accidentally delete the plugin temp folder, located under wp-content/uploads.

To solve this, please go to WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Advanced > Tools?tab, and click on the?Reinstall plugin fonts button. Then, try to open an existing invoice and check if it looks good.

Please note that we also run a daily check to reinstall the fonts if needed, but clicking the Reinstall plugin fonts button?forces this routine to fix this faster ??

Let me know whether it worked, or you need more help!

That was exactly the fix. Thanks so much for your time, it was much appreciated.

I’m glad to hear that reinstalling the fonts fixed the issue, @jamieplexus! ??

If you don’t mind and have the time, do you think you could leave us a review?

Thanks in advance and all the best with your store!
