• Hello,

I recently moved our website to a new server (we moved from one host to another, but have kept the same domain name). Now I get the following message when I look at the Wordfence settings:

Call to Wordfence API to resolve IPs failed: WordFence API error: The Wordfence API key you’re using is already being used by: bourbonlibrary.org If you have changed your blog URL, please sign-in to Wordfence, delete your old Wordfence k (the rest goes off the screen and no scroll option is given).

    Help?

  • Try using the disable config caching checkbox on the options page (near bottom). If you have caching plugins enabled, clear your cache and then try again.

Thanks. I have tried this but I still get the error message.
