Moved to new host fatal error occuring

I am getting this error

Despite having reinstalled a clean WP install, triple checking config, everything! I feel like I have tried every thing and nothing is working.
Maybe I didn’t move it correctly, but now that I’ve set up a new install, it should at least come up with the WP set up.
