Moved to new domain but changed the dir after moving

I had a blog @ bombtrap.de/jochen and moved to stonedwave.de/jochen but i did change the dirs in the option section after moving not befor like recomended it the tutorial

fist it didnt work at all then i changed to settings in the wp-config.php by hand so now its running but the layout is gone and it still points back at bombtrap also in case i want to login to the admin area. what files do i have to change manually to get everything working again?
