Moved to a new server – one problem

Hi,
I moved from one cpanel server to another. The hosting companies did the move for me.

Everything works fine – but oddly enough, I can’t change the color of my header image back to what it was. It stays the default blue no matter what.

Kinda odd. . . any thoughts?
