Moved site – Unique Headers stopped working

Hi,
First off, great plugin! (I’m sure this problem can be fixed, I just need to know how.)

I moved my site, and UH now does not display the assigned image anymore — no header image at all is shown.
UH does show the correct image on the “Edit Page” panel. I’ve tried “remove custom header image” and setting a new one; I’ve tried deactivating the plugin and reactivating; I’ve tried uninstalling / reinstalling… but it still won’t display an image.
Is there a URL in the database, for example, that needs to be changed from the old site to the new?
