Moved site to another domain, wp-admin gives white screen of death

I moved my wordpress install and it works fine but I can’t login to administer it. When I go to /wp-admin it gives a white screen of death.

I sat debug to true and it gives the following error:

I am not fluid in php so I need help with what to correct to get this going again.
