Moved site now can't get in to admin!

Hi there, apologies, I know there are lots of posts around issues getting in to wp-admin. I’ve read as many as possible, but still haven’t found an answer!

I set-up my wordpress site at https://www.elmani.com/wordpress – once I had developed the site, I wanted to move it to the root directory (i.e https://www.elmani.com).

I moved the core files (and by core files I mean those files that were previously in https://www.elmani.com/wordpress directory – but not the sub directories).

I also modified the index.php as instucted. But now, when I go to either https://www.elmani.com/wp-admin or https://www.elmani.com/wordpress/wp-admin.

Before I made the move, I went in to the ‘general’ section and modified the URLS.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I know have a site that I can’t access!!

(NB – if you look at the site, you will see that I’ve temporarily removed one of the plug-in’s as I thought this might be causing the issue)
