Moved servers, images removed from all subfolders are now “uincategorized”
-
Hi,
We’re running FileBird 5.1.4 on WP 6.1.1 with a pro license.
We just moved from a backend dev server on Linode to our staging server on WP Engine.
I noticed today that we are missing all of our second-level folders. Any photos that were in those folders are now “uncategorized”. Parent folders show “0”, yet those files don’t appear to count in the “uncategorized” count. The only way to get to those 1000 or so images is through “All Files”.
Just confirmed that the file structure is still there if you drop down the folder selection under the image itself. All of these images have just been disconnected from them.
Please advise. Did we miss a table or something?
This organization tool has been maintained for months by our dev team and has been offered to the client as a solution. I’m hoping the fix is a simple one, otherwise this is a huge problem for us under a tight deadline.
