[Moved] Merge name fields into one “Full name” field

Currently the checkout page asks for “First name” and “Last name”.

This feature would merge these 2 fields into just one “Full name” field, splitting the full name into the “First name” and “Last name” after the order is created.

The user will be able to change the “First name” and “Last name” at their account details.`
