Moved localhost online problem login

I have finally managed to move my localhost to a domain. The problem now, is. The website doesnt show correctly.

The content is there, but the css is not working. And when I try to log in with the username and password I have made, it fails. But with the password I made for the localhost, works, and it logs in as localhost.
When I send a request to give me a new password, the email doesnt come to the email I put.
