Moved entire picture gallery to trash! How to recover?

Dear all,

It seems I just made a major mistake. Instead of moving one single picture of my picture gallery to thrash I somehow moved my entire picture gallery to thrash. When I tried to fix it and clicked on Picture Gallery/Edit I get the following message: “You can’t edit this item because it is in the Trash. Please restore it and try again.” The problem is I have no idea HOW to restore what I just did. I can not find the trash, where the gallery landed. I urgently have to fix this.
