moved content from drupal-now google analytics says some links broken

I recently moved my site from using drupal to wordpress.

Google analytics is telling me I am missing lots of traffic (not found) because of the way the two systems organized and linked. For example:
(drupal) mysite.com/content/article1
(wordpress) mysite.com/article1

How can I correct best this? Should I add an .htaccess rewrite or is there some other way? If htaccess, any ideas on what to do or where to research (is it rewrite or RewriteCond)?
