Moved comments to a post & exported to Disqus but only some migrate

I used a plug-in called “Copy or Move Comments” to migrate comments from one post to another. The comments were moved successfully within WordPress.

I used the “Export Comments to Disqus” function so Disqus would pick up on the changes, but only about 2/3 of the comments migrated correctly within Disqus. With Disqus disabled, all of the comments show up as desired (moved to the correct post). I’ve run the Export function a few times, and I have purged and disabled W3T Cache, but Disqus will not pick up all of the comment changes I’ve made.

Is there a way to force an export or purge caches within Disqus?
