• I set up my WordPress site to work and then moved the whole site to the base directory of my website. Now that eshop is live, it lists my downloads with “missing” status (under admin > eshop > downloads). The files are all present in public_html/wp-content/eshop_downloads.

I have tried deactivating/reactivating eshop, to no success. I have also tried uploading a new download file, which seems to work in the admin area but I can’t find the newly uploaded file.

you know quite frankly I have no idea how to fix this!

If you haven’t got many products then I’d suggest uninstalling and reinstalling to solve it. (obviously all data will be lost).

Sorry, but I really can’t think of a solution ??

No one else with an idea? Still can’t figure this one out ??

eShop uses a native wp_upload_dir function. So I really can’t see why this is happening – sorry.

Actually, I changed the user rights of my uploaded files and guess what. They are on the server, on the same place…. but eshop says they are missing.

But they are really there on the server.

Is it an idea to create a relink button ?

if eShop thinks there are files there that are not linked, you should be able to visit the downloads page and use a form on there to add them all in one go.

Sorry, but there is no such button or form.

    Using Version 4.2.3

I have seen this form once when I uploaded some files to this forder.

But now eshop says the files are missing. But they are there. And…. it does not say there are non identified files that I can add.

Well uploading them again solved the problem. But relinking would be better in my eyes.

    unlikely to be added.
