Move/Copy Post based on title

I am grabing post using RSS ,Post tile is “Germany scholarship in civil”

I want when ever I receive post from RSS into word press it will move/copy my post to Germany Category.
Is there any plugin available where I can tell Keywords like”Germany” and all germany title post moved to germany category.

Kindly help me
