MOve WP to a new web server – issue

We moved our wordpress site to another server. Everything seems fine except for the menu.
this is how the site appears on the new server https://174.133.9.234/~naf18com/wordpress/
this is how the site is supposed to look – https://naf18.com/wordpress/
I have not pointed the nameservers to the new server yet.
Not sure why this happening. Any ideas?
