Move WP site to another Domain Host

    Hi there. I’m a newbie. I need to move my existing website https://www.michellepace.com/TEST01 currently on Servage to GoDaddy. I thought I could just follow these instructions https://www.wpexplorer.com/migrating-wordpress-website/ but unfortunately Servage does not provide anyway for me to Zip up all the files which reside in “TEST01”. I tried to do this via FTP, file by file, but I keep on getting disconnected.

    Could anyone please suggest a well known, stable plugin which I could use to create a backup of all my wordpress files (ie everything in “TEST01”), and download it to my PC? If the plugin could also create a backup of my database at the same time all the better! (although this is easy enough anyhow)

    Hi – not sure why you moved my post to fixing WordPress?

    This is not fixing wordpress – this is just asking for a recommended plugin to do a backup..?
