Move users from one install to another on same server

  • Hi, I have to update a site with new design etc. all that is good to go. The problem is all of the users. How to move them? Do I just drop the wp-users table part of the (new install running 3.3.1) database and import from the original database (old up and running install using 3.2.1)? And do I need to do the same with the wp-usermeta table?
