Move translations to translate.www.remarpro.com

Hi,
I noticed you updated the Russian translation in v1.3. Thing is, translate.www.remarpro.com has been around for some time now which allows you manage translations independently of your plugin development cycle. Also, you won’t need to provide Text Domain and Domain Path plugin headers and don’t need to call load_plugin_textdomain() anymore.
