• so i moved to a new domain, it all worked out and is working again… now i realize that i probably should put WP as the main page, currently it’s domainname/blog/ i tried moving it to the root/top level on my ftp but i got “No input file”..

anybody know a quick painless way to do this ?

    thanks.

Keep in mind it is written from the perspective WP is installed in the root folder and wanting to be moved to a subfolder, the opposite of your situation. The steps are the same except for moving the WP files to the subfolder.

Skip step 6, and in step 7 you are copying those files from your WP install folder into the webroot folder, not the other way around.
