I run WordPress at home. So it’s not on the Internet just my LAN.

I wanted to save power because I run this 24/7 and I got a pogoplug I did a hack to install Linux on it.

I got Webmin and phpmyadmin to work on it. WordPress worked too till I restored my database I have for years from my other Linux box. I used Webmin to save the sql file and webmin on the other server to put it there. I used the same name and password for the database. Used phpmyadmin to change the IP in 2 places. wp2_options/siteurl and wp2_options/home

I copied all my photos and videos from wordpress/wp-content/uploads

But now when I got to the URL it just has a blank wight page! Nothing else. Before the database that came with the install worked with it.

Does any one know what could be wrong. I love to get WordPress working on this system with all my data from the old one.

I like started over and renamed my WordPress folder then did a “pacman -S wordpress” set it up with a new database and all works. As soon as I restore my database from the other server and edit the wp-config.php of the name of that database and edit the siteurl and home to the new server. It will like show some new and old database stuff and going over links some how it still wants to go to the old server. It must be in the data base someplace were it’s getting that.

I got it fixed. All I had to do was all so copy my /wp-content/themes over.

I looked on Google for WordPress blank page that helped.
