move the translation widget to the header

    This is my site. As you can see it is a text site and I would really like for the translation option to be in the top right corner of each page.

    How can I do this? The theme I am using Wu Wei does not have any header sidebars established so I can put the widget up there.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!
