I missed that color after I entered the code why ?!

I found that the url of background images are like “url(“????%20?????/Theme/modest3.1/Modest%20v3.1/theme/images/footer-bg.png”) repeat scroll 0 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)”

Please remove the “????%20?????/Theme/modest3.1/Modest%20v3.1/theme/” path from the url.
