    Yes, that’s possible!

    Here are the steps you can

    Step 1: Create a comments.php file in the child theme
    Step 2: Then copy the contents from the comments.php of Astra and paste it in the comments.php file of child theme.
    Step 3: Move the code <?php comment_form() ?> from line 95 to below line number 61.
