    Hey @davehealey,

Have you noticed any other issues when editing tabs on a product page? This type of issue is usually related to a JavaScript error on your site and JS errors usually affect more than just one piece of functionality.

Are you noticing anything else awry?

    Let me know.

    Thank you,
    Kevin.

That is the only thing I’ve noticed, I thought it could be caused by my ad-blocker but I’ve disabled that. I’ll disable my plugins one by one and see if there is a conflict and report back what I find.

    Hello,

I finally got around to testing this. I’ve narrowed the issue down to one plugin causing a conflict. PayPal Payouts – https://fantasticplugins.com/shop/woocommerce-paypal-payouts/

Once I disabled this plugin the arrow buttons worked perfectly.

    Hi @davehealey,

Thanks for looking into that and finding the source of the conflict. Unfortunately I can’t download this plugin and test why the conflict is occurring because it’s a paid plugin. My guess is that PayPal Payouts is creating a JavaScript error.

How would you like to proceed?

    All the best,
    Kevin.

Unfortunately their license doesn’t make it clear if the JS is GNU GPL. So I think the best approach would be if I contact fantastic plugins and make them aware of the issue and see if they will either fix it on their end or provide you with a copy.

That would be great. I’d be more than happy to install the plugin and investigate the conflict if you can help get me a copy or give me access to a WordPress install that has both plugins on it.

    Hi,

They suggested I just give you admin access so you can test on my site. Do you have an address I can send the login details to?

That’s fine with me. You can email us at plugins [at] yikesinc [dot] com. Please reference this ticket ??
