Move “Subscribe to Calendar” Button to Top

    A client wants the “Subscribe to Calendar” button to appear above the calendar, not below it. I’ve searched all over, and I haven’t found any documentation for doing that.

    I know it will require custom coding, and I am sure it will be fairly easy. But I am not sure where to start, for example which file will need to be modified, or whether this mod can be done with the usual kinds of overrides (creating a directory and putting modified components in it), etc.
