Move Subscribe position in sidebar

I use the Jilli-j flash template

I’m not a php or css pro…so please keep that in mind if I’m not using the correct terminology.

My question:
In the sidebar.php template editor section I have (after the ‘Website’ php) code:

<a href="https://feedburner.google.com/fb/a/mailverify?uri=VisionPhotographs&loc=en_US">Subscribe</a>
</li>

How do I move “Subscribe” to after “Search” in my sidebar or menu?

I’ve tried moving the coding to the bottom of the sidebar.php code but that doesn’t work. I’m not sure if this is the right way to add this or where to put it in the coding.
